Wunder is seeking team members to support the development and deployment of commercial solar energy projects, helping businesses and communities adopt clean, renewable power solutions while contributing to environmental sustainability and company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate properties for solar deployment across all 50 states
Develop and manage commercial solar projects using proprietary technology platform
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project development and deployment
Requirements
Ability to evaluate and develop solar energy projects at scale, including experience with commercial solar projects across various property types such as self-storage facilities, schools, data centers, and industrial logistics facilities.
Experience evaluating more than 30,000 properties for solar deployment across all 50 states, demonstrating extensive knowledge of diverse geographic and property conditions.
Proficiency with proprietary technology platforms used for developing solar projects at scale.
Strong understanding of ESG goals and how they align with revenue targets in the context of renewable energy deployment.
Ability to contribute to a team environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion, and to participate in company initiatives related to DEI.
Willingness to work in a collaborative environment that involves in-person team events, offsites, and retreats, with a preference for candidates comfortable engaging in team-building activities.
Ability to adapt to a flexible work environment that includes in-office work at a modern office located in Downtown Boulder, Colorado, and participation in in-person meetings and events.
