Requirements
Candidates must currently live in, or be willing to relocate to, the Boulder or Denver, Colorado area.
You have 1 to 2 years of managing complex projects or are a recent graduate with a solid foundation of career experience from a previous internship, part-time, or full-time role in Project Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Solar Development, or a related field that provided the tools and resources to manage multiple projects concurrently.
You take the initiative to reduce risk and get ahead of problems before they impact project timelines or budgets, ensuring all stakeholders are informed about what is happening, why it is happening, and when it needs to be done.
You are meticulous and take a zero defect approach to problem solving and deliverables, ensuring all details to achieve milestones are taken care of on time and on budget.
You are capable of managing several projects at once while maintaining a high level of detail orientation and thoroughness.
You are eager and ready to learn about how the solar development industry works, including becoming an expert in the commercial solar market and project management.
You have a growth mindset, actively seeking new ideas, questioning the status quo, and driving forward with creative and effective solutions in solar development.

Base salary range of $58,500 - $78,000 per year
