Job Description
A full-time position focused on supporting the development and management of commercial solar projects, involving cross-functional collaboration, project coordination, and industry research to help accelerate renewable energy deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage commercial-scale solar projects across the country.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results for customers.
- Research and apply key market factors in the solar industry to support project development.
- Leverage Wunder's technology platform to increase project volume and development speed.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Candidates must currently live in, or be willing to relocate to, the Boulder or Denver, Colorado area.
- You have 1 to 2 years of managing complex projects or are a recent graduate with a solid foundation of career experience from a previous internship, part-time, or full-time role in Project Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Solar Development, or a related field that provided the tools and resources to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- You take the initiative to reduce risk and get ahead of problems before they impact project timelines or budgets, ensuring all stakeholders are informed about what is happening, why it is happening, and when it needs to be done.
- You are meticulous and take a zero defect approach to problem solving and deliverables, ensuring all details to achieve milestones are taken care of on time and on budget.
- You are capable of managing several projects at once while maintaining a high level of detail orientation and thoroughness.
- You are eager and ready to learn about how the solar development industry works, including becoming an expert in the commercial solar market and project management.
- You have a growth mindset, actively seeking new ideas, questioning the status quo, and driving forward with creative and effective solutions in solar development.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment, with a team-oriented approach and a passion for cross-functional collaboration.
- You are flexible and a quick responder, able to react quickly and efficiently when called upon to change or pivot in a dynamic organizational environment.
- You believe that no problem is too hard, and you can articulate and implement solutions, recognizing multiple ways to solve problems and streamline processes to increase efficiency.

Base salary range of $58,500 - $78,000 per year
