A full-time executive assistant role supporting Wunder's senior leadership team, responsible for managing calendars, travel, communications, and various operational tasks to ensure smooth company operations in a fast-paced, in-office environment in Boulder, CO.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel logistics for senior leadership
Prepare briefing materials and research on people and companies for meetings
Triage and manage email communications, prioritize urgent matters, and draft responses
Anticipate leadership needs by identifying conflicts, preparing materials, and solving problems proactively
Handle logistics, document preparation, note-taking, and follow-up tasks with accuracy and speed
Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
Support the leadership team with a wide range of operational and administrative tasks
Requirements
Must be willing to work full-time in-office at Wunder's Boulder, CO headquarters; remote or hybrid options are not offered.
Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting senior executives, leadership teams, or founders in a high-performance environment.
Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing travel logistics end-to-end, including booking and managing travel, accommodations, itineraries, and handling last-minute changes in real time.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and in person, and to represent senior leaders effectively with internal and external audiences.
Ability to research and prepare dossiers on people and companies to support leadership meetings.
Proficiency in triaging communications, managing email flow, prioritizing urgent matters, drafting responses when appropriate, and ensuring follow-up tasks are completed.
Ability to anticipate needs before they arise by proactively identifying conflicts, preparing materials, flagging risks, and solving problems in advance.
Excellent judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, resourceful attitude, and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks, big and small.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in handling logistics, document preparation, note-taking, and follow-up tracking.
Comfortable working in environments with ambiguity, where priorities evolve quickly, and no two days look the same.
Ability to work in person at the Boulder HQ five days per week; candidates must currently live in or be willing to relocate to Boulder, CO.
Demonstrated reliability, responsiveness, and ability to move with urgency and communicate clearly.

Comfort and experience in handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
