Job Description

A sales executive role focused on closing multi-million dollar renewable energy deals by educating and partnering with high-profile clients in the commercial and industrial sectors to promote solar and energy storage solutions, contributing to climate change mitigation and sustainable energy deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new clients across various sectors such as banks, REITs, sovereign wealth funds, private equity, family offices, and UHNWIs.
  • Educate clients on solar and energy storage solutions to facilitate high-value partnerships.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, develop relationships, and drive complex sales processes to close multi-million dollar renewable energy deals.
  • Understand and communicate complex financial concepts related to energy projects and transactions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful deal execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • You have 4 years of experience in sales, brokerage, or business development, personally closing complex transactions.
  • You have experience partnering with clients to understand their needs, deliver solutions that meet their unique goals, manage complexity, and accelerate transactions to a close.
  • You consistently beat your sales targets.
  • You have a no-task-is-too-small attitude and are willing to handle all aspects of the sales process to close big deals.
  • You have relationship management experience, including guiding clients through processes, handling objections, and building connections.
  • You are comfortable with numbers and can communicate complex financial concepts effectively, especially in the context of energy projects.
  • You thrive in a creative, inventive, fast-paced, rapid-growth environment and enjoy working cross-functionally.
  • You are flexible, quick to respond, and able to react efficiently when called upon to change or pivot.
  • You believe that no problem is too hard and can articulate and implement solutions, finding ways to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  • You are located in the United States.

Salary range of $100,000 - $155,000 with uncapped variable compensation based on performance
