Job Description
A role focused on supporting the development and management of commercial solar projects, involving cross-functional collaboration, project coordination, and industry research to accelerate renewable energy deployment and achieve high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage commercial-scale solar projects across the country.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality results for customers.
- Research and apply key market factors in the solar industry.
- Leverage Wunder's technology platform to accelerate project development and volume.
Requirements
- Have 1-2 years of managing complex projects or be a recent graduate with a solid foundation of career experience from a previous internship, part-time, or full-time role in Project Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Solar Development, or related fields that provided the tools and resources to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Take the initiative to reduce risk and get ahead of problems before they impact project timelines or budgets, ensuring all stakeholders involved know what is happening, why it is happening, and when it needs to be done.
- Be meticulous and take a zero defect approach to problem solving and deliverables, ensuring all details to achieve milestones are taken care of on time and on budget.
- Manage multiple projects at once while ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Be eager and ready to learn about how the solar development industry works, with a desire to become an expert in the commercial solar market and project management.
- Approach every task with a growth mindset, actively seeking out new ideas, questioning the status quo, and driving forward with creative and effective solutions.
- Thrive in a creative, inventive, fast-paced rapid-growth environment, with a passion for working cross-functionally.
- Be flexible and a quick responder, able to react quickly and efficiently when called upon to change or pivot in a dynamic environment.
- Believe that no problem is too hard, with the ability to articulate and roll out solutions, recognizing multiple solutions to the same problem, and streamlining processes to increase efficiency.
- Currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Boulder or Denver, Colorado area.

Base salary range of $58,500 - $78,000 per year
