Job Description
The role involves managing and optimizing the development and deployment of commercial solar projects, driving project execution, improving delivery systems, and collaborating cross-functionally to scale renewable energy solutions efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive the development of solar projects, unblocking bottlenecks and improving delivery processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with execution and technology teams to accelerate project delivery and optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure project outcomes meet or exceed customer expectations through clear communication, detailed planning, and seamless execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to project timelines and costs.
- Analyze operational patterns and insights across the project portfolio to enhance overall performance and scalability.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of managing complex projects, teams, and cross-functional initiatives with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding critical business goals
- Demonstrated ability to turn problems into clear plans and drive them forward with urgency and precision
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication style to stakeholder needs and seamlessly shift from external partner management to internal executive presentations
- Meticulous and organized, with a zero defect approach to problem solving and deliverables, capable of tracking work, risks, timelines, and stakeholders throughout a project
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity by creating organization from chaos and rebuilding processes when things break
- Growth mindset with a proactive approach to learning, questioning the status quo, and driving forward with creative and effective solutions
- Ability to articulate and implement solutions to hard problems, recognizing multiple solutions and streamlining processes to increase efficiency
- Experience in creating repeatable frameworks for problem-solving and process improvement
- Willingness to leave solar experience at the door and challenge assumptions, or if experienced in solar, to apply that experience in a critical and innovative manner
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, creative, and rapidly growing environment with a team-oriented ethos
- Flexibility and quick responsiveness to changing priorities and challenges
- Located in or willing to relocate to Boulder or Denver, CO, with the ability to work in-person at the Boulder HQ five days per week

Salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 per year plus equity in the form of stock options
