Job Description
The Water Treatment Technician will participate in the daily operations and maintenance of a facility that treats lake water, ensuring its quality and environmental safety, while supporting community health and recreational use.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in daily operations and maintenance of a water treatment facility that treats and returns lake water to the environment
- Operate and monitor treatment equipment and systems to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on treatment plant machinery and infrastructure
Requirements
- Participate in the daily operations and maintenance for a facility that treats lake water and returns it to its natural environment.
- Possess the necessary qualifications to be considered a Water Treatment Technician, Mechanic, or Maintenance Technician.
- Be available to work the schedule from 3:00pm to 11:00pm, Monday through Friday.
- Have the ability to work overtime as needed, with opportunities for overtime pay.
- Participate in a work environment that complies with all relevant safety and operational standards for water treatment facilities.
