Job Description

The Stormwater Project Manager oversees the daily operations, maintenance, and management of a facility that treats lake water, ensuring system optimization and effective communication with clients, staff, and contractors. The role involves hands-on work, reporting, and coordinating nutrient removal processes to support environmental preservation and community health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations, maintenance, and management of the wastewater treatment facility.
  • Coordinate and communicate with staff, client representatives, contractors, and engineering firms.
  • Oversee and optimize the operation of the Nutrient Removal System.
  • Perform hands-on work related to wastewater treatment processes.
  • Produce and submit all required reports related to system performance and operations.

Requirements

  • The candidate must have experience in managing day-to-day operations, maintenance, and management of a wastewater treatment facility that treats and returns lake water to its natural environment.
  • The candidate must be responsible for administrative duties and maintaining close client communications related to the facility operations.
  • The candidate must coordinate and communicate with assigned staff, client representatives, contractors, and engineering firms to ensure effective system operation and optimization.
  • The candidate must perform hands-on work related to the operation of the Nutrient Removal System.
  • The candidate must be responsible for producing all required reports related to the facility operations.
  • The candidate must coordinate the ongoing daily operation of the Nutrient Removal System.
  • The candidate must be available to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
  • The candidate must be available for emergency call-outs as needed.
