The Senior Client Manager at Woodard Curran is responsible for leading client service teams and developing strategic relationships with water and wastewater municipalities, focusing on delivering innovative solutions and driving growth in the water and environmental sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead high-performing client service teams serving water and wastewater municipalities.
Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
Drive growth through account development and capturing plans to expand the impact of deployed solutions.
Ensure team’s technical capabilities remain at the forefront of client and business engagements.
Identify and address unmet needs of large, complex municipal clients with innovative, solutions-oriented approaches.
Requirements
Deep expertise in water and wastewater services, specifically serving water and wastewater municipalities across the South region.
Experience in developing and leading high-performing client service teams drawn from the firm's top talent.
Ability to develop and direct clients and capture and develop plans to grow the impact of deployed solutions.
Experience in driving growth critical to the mission of the firm through client engagement and account development.
Ability to work with large, complex municipalities to identify and address unmet needs through a solutions-oriented approach.
Strong technical expertise to ensure team capabilities remain at the forefront of client and business engagements, effectively showcasing innovative project delivery methods.
Experience in working with municipalities or similar large, complex organizations in the water/wastewater sector.
Willingness to travel up to 20% as part of the role.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field (implied by the professional level and industry standards).
