Job Description

A Senior Client Manager role focused on leading water and wastewater service teams, developing client relationships, and driving growth within municipal water projects, primarily in the Mid-Atlantic region. The position emphasizes innovative solutions, industry engagement, and team leadership to support the firm's mission of improving water quality and environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead high-performing client service teams serving water and wastewater municipalities.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and build strong relationships.
  • Create and implement plans to grow client accounts and expand project impact.
  • Ensure team’s technical capabilities remain at the forefront of client and industry engagements.
  • Identify unmet needs of large, complex municipalities and develop innovative, solutions-oriented approaches.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in water and wastewater services, specifically serving water and wastewater municipalities across the Mid-Atlantic region.
  • Experience in developing and leading high-performing client service teams drawn from the firm's top talent.
  • Ability to develop and direct client relationships and capture and develop plans to grow the impact of deployed solutions.
  • Proven ability to drive growth critical to the mission of the firm through account development and client engagement.
  • Experience working with large, complex municipalities to identify and address unmet needs through a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Technical expertise that remains at the forefront of client and business engagements, effectively showcasing innovative project delivery methods.
  • Ability to work with and manage teams to ensure technical capabilities meet client needs.
  • Travel availability up to 20% within the New England and Mid-Atlantic regions.
  • Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to build internal relationships to form the right teams and solutions.
  • Self-motivation to build internal relationships and foster collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and articulate solutions effectively.
  • Ability to identify unmet needs and generate forward-thinking ideas for complex municipal clients.
