Job Description
The Lead Software Engineer will design, develop, and lead the delivery of innovative software solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, collaborating with internal departments to improve organizational efficiency, insights, and decision-making while providing technical guidance and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality software solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, .NET, Power Platform, Power BI).
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop applications that enhance efficiency, insights, and decision-making.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance to build scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions.
- Lead and empower development teams and citizen developers to implement software projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality software solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem including Azure, .NET, Power Platform, and Power BI.
- Experience in designing and delivering applications that improve organizational efficiency, insights, and decision-making.
- Ability to provide hands-on technical guidance and strong leadership to build scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions.
- Experience collaborating with internal departments such as Finance, HR, I.S., and Consulting Practice to develop applications.
- Demonstrated ability to empower both developers and citizen developers through technical guidance and leadership.
