The Industrial Water Technical Manager is responsible for leading the development, design, and delivery of water and wastewater projects for industrial clients across the U.S., providing technical expertise, mentorship, and project leadership within a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development, design, and delivery of industrial water and wastewater projects.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
Manage water and wastewater system design processes.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project quality and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license in the United States.
Technical experience to lead water and wastewater system designs in industrial water wastewater projects.
Ability to develop, lead, and mentor project teams effectively.
Demonstrated focus on industrial clients and safe practices in water wastewater engineering.
Strong communication skills suitable for collaboration and client interaction.
Experience supporting technical delivery and leadership within an industrial water practice.
Ability to support the development, design, and delivery of industrial water wastewater projects across the U.S.
Willingness to travel up to 25% within the continental United States.
