Job Description
The Industrial Wastewater Senior Technical Manager is responsible for leading the design and delivery of industrial water and wastewater projects, providing technical mentorship to engineers, and supporting client relationships across the U.S. in a remote, flexible work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of industrial water and wastewater systems.
- Collaborate with teams to develop, design, and deliver industrial water wastewater projects nationwide.
- Provide technical mentorship and leadership to engineering teams.
- Ensure project compliance with safety, environmental, and engineering standards.
- Support business growth through client engagement and project delivery excellence.
Requirements
- Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license in the relevant state or ability to obtain one.
- Technical experience to lead industrial water and wastewater system designs.
- Ability to develop, lead, and mentor project teams effectively.
- Demonstrated focus on industrial clients and safe practices in industrial water wastewater projects.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
- Experience supporting technical delivery and leadership within an industrial water practice.
- Ability to support the development, design, and delivery of industrial water wastewater projects across the U.S.
- Travel availability up to 25% within the continental United States.
- Experience providing technical mentorship to engineers.
- Passion for innovation and technical excellence in the industrial water wastewater field.
