Job Description
The Financial Accounting and Reporting Manager oversees internal and external financial reporting activities, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards, while managing accounting staff and collaborating with the finance leadership team to provide accurate and timely financial information.
Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
- Provide accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders
- Manage one or more accounting staff members
- Collaborate with the finance leadership team on financial matters
Requirements
- Overseeing internal and external financial reporting activities to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
- Ensuring the accuracy and timely reporting of financial information to stakeholders.
- Managing one or more accounting staff members as assigned.
- Collaborating closely with members of the finance leadership team.
- Possessing a minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Having professional experience in financial accounting and reporting, with a demonstrated understanding of GAAP and regulatory standards.
- Experience in preparing and overseeing financial statements and reports for external and internal purposes.
- Ability to ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with finance leadership and staff.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.
- Experience with internal controls and audit processes related to financial reporting.
