The Dual Certified Water and Wastewater Operator is responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment facilities, ensuring compliance with regulations and efficient plant performance under the guidance of a Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain water and wastewater treatment facilities daily
Ensure treatment plants run efficiently and comply with regulations
Assist in troubleshooting operational issues at treatment facilities
Monitor and control treatment processes and equipment
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of treatment plant equipment
Support in maintaining safety and environmental standards at the facilities
Requirements
Possession of a valid Dual Certification as a Water and Wastewater Operator.
Ability to play a crucial role in the daily operations and maintenance of both Water and Wastewater Treatment facilities.
Ability to work under the guidance of the Project Manager.
Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, with alternating on-call responsibilities.
Must be able to support and maintain licenses and certifications within the industry, with reimbursement provided by the employer.
Must meet all employment eligibility requirements as confirmed through participation in the E-Verify program.
