The Biosolids Senior Technical Leader is responsible for developing, managing, and overseeing biosolids treatment and disposal projects, providing technical expertise, maintaining client and regulatory relationships, and ensuring project success while staying current on industry regulations and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and lead biosolids treatment and disposal projects.
Provide technical expertise on biosolids treatment and disposal regulations and practices.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and regulatory agencies.
Supervise project teams to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
Prepare reports and proposals related to biosolids projects.
Stay current on emerging technologies and regulations in biosolids management.
Represent the company in industry and professional organizations.
Requirements
Thorough understanding of biosolids treatment and disposal regulations.
Hands-on experience with biosolids management practices.
Experience in developing, implementing, and managing biosolids treatment and disposal projects.
Ability to oversee and lead biosolids treatment and disposal projects for a company.

Location: Remote work capability.
Travel: Ability to travel nationally 20-25% of the time to support regional opportunities and attend/present at national, state, and targeted local conferences.
