Job Description
A product management role focused on developing and executing strategies for software applications that help utility companies manage electric vehicle programs, ensuring grid stability and equitable benefits for EV owners through enterprise SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap for short- and long-term releases
- Define, design, and deliver customer-facing features, data offerings, and integrations
- Analyze data to determine product direction and define business requirements
- Collaborate with agile teams on feature design, documentation, and implementation
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in Jira
- Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing
- Serve as subject matter expert for product offerings to internal and external stakeholders
- Support client demonstrations and research customer needs and market gaps
- Assist operations and engineering teams as needed to ensure product success
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, ideally with complex, data-intensive products for enterprise and/or end-consumer customers.
- Experience in building customer journey maps, mockups, and other artifacts to facilitate a great user experience.
- Experience working on mobile apps closely with designers.
- Empathy for the needs of customers using shipped software.
- Clear and succinct communication practices, both verbally and in writing.
- Interest in diving into emerging technologies and industries.
- Comfort with APIs, user interfaces, and technical documentation.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Efficient and ethical usage of generative AI.

Base salary range of $130,000 - $190,000
