Job Description
The Solutions Consultant role involves working with clients to implement and optimize Insider's AI-driven customer experience and marketing platform, ensuring successful adoption and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Solutions Consultant for clients in Colombia, providing expertise on the company's customer engagement platform.
- Understand client needs and demonstrate how the platform's features can address their specific requirements.
- Support the onboarding and implementation of the platform for new clients.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to clients to optimize platform usage.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer success.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Solutions Consultant role or similar customer-facing technical role, with a demonstrated ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of Customer Experience (CX) technologies, marketing platforms, or related MarTech solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and clients.
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Experience working with enterprise clients and managing multiple stakeholder expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, global team environment.
- Educational background in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related disciplines (specific degree requirements are not explicitly stated but implied).
