Job Description
The Solutions Architect role involves designing and implementing customer engagement solutions within a fast-growing MarTech company, focusing on seamless onboarding, technical problem-solving, and strategic support to maximize the efficiency of Insider's products for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide seamless onboarding and implementation support for partners
- Assist partners with technical setup and integration of Insider products
- Ensure partners are effectively onboarded to maximize product efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical role related to solutions architecture, customer engagement, or similar fields, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical background and skills necessary to provide seamless onboarding and assist with implementation for partners.
- Ability to resolve complex problems, think strategically, and ensure maximum efficiency for Insider products during partner onboarding.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a diverse group of colleagues from multiple nationalities.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
