Job Description
A Senior Digital Designer at Insider will create engaging digital marketing assets and innovative design solutions to build brand awareness, working closely with marketing and creative teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging digital marketing assets that adhere to brand standards
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to create creative solutions
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to inform design strategies
- Create innovative visual content to build brand awareness and support sales growth
Requirements
- Experience as a digital designer with a focus on brand and marketing, demonstrating the ability to create engaging creative assets that build brand awareness and drive sales and growth.
- Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to rapidly changing tasks, priorities, and projects.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and the ability to develop digital marketing assets that adhere to creative brand standards.
- Partnering experience with designers, marketing teams, and development teams including senior leadership such as the Global Creative Director, Marketing Leadership Team, and Regional Marketing Managers across regions.
- Proven ability to develop innovative design solutions that communicate how a product makes customers’ working lives easier.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams to produce engaging creative content.
- Demonstrated passion for design and a deep understanding of customer needs and problems to inform creative solutions.
