Job Description
The Sales Development Representative role involves engaging potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales team to drive growth for Insider's AI-native customer experience and marketing platform in the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential sales leads
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present solutions
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop outreach strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales development or a similar role, with a track record of generating qualified leads and building sales pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with potential clients and internal teams.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex SaaS products and solutions to prospective clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients and team members.
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment or technology industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to outreach, lead qualification, and follow-up activities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote or distributed team across different time zones.
- Understanding of customer experience, marketing platforms, or AI-driven SaaS solutions is advantageous.
- Physical ability to perform typical office or remote work tasks, including using a computer and communicating via digital channels.
