Job Description
A Sales Development Representative at Insider is responsible for identifying and reaching out to prospective sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound calls/emails, understanding customer needs, and maintaining a prospect database to support the company's growth in the customer engagement and marketing platform industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new sales opportunities through inbound leads
- Follow up with prospects via outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Brainstorm with the team on how to identify key players and generate interest in Insider's products
- Maintain and expand the prospect database within assigned segments
Requirements
- Possess the energy, passion, drive, and a desire to prove oneself and create an impact.
- Ability to identify and reach out to prospective sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Ability to understand customer needs and requirements.
- Maintain and expand the prospect database in assigned segments.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn about the role and the company's products.
- Freshers are eligible; prior experience is not explicitly required but a strong desire to learn and grow is essential.
