Job Description

The Inside Sales Specialist role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and driving sales efforts to promote Insider's customer experience and marketing platform. The position requires a proactive, persuasive salesperson who can build networks, solve problems, and contribute to the company's growth in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients to promote and sell Insider's products and services
  • Identify and understand partner and customer pain points to provide tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain a network of contacts to generate sales opportunities
  • Convince prospects to adopt Insider's platform through effective communication and persuasion
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales role, demonstrating the ability to convince and engage clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand partner pains and provide effective solutions.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new information and sales techniques rapidly.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a network of contacts within the industry.
  • Ability to play big, take initiative, and work towards achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively start conversations and engage clients.
  • A go-getter attitude with a proactive approach to sales and client engagement.
