Job Description
The Inside Sales Specialist role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and driving sales growth for Insider's B2B SaaS platform through effective communication and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to promote and sell Insider's SaaS solutions.
- Understand partner and client pains and provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain a network of contacts to generate sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Specialist or in a similar sales role, demonstrating the ability to convince and engage clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand and address partner pains.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build networks and start conversations.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information and sales strategies.
- A proactive, go-getter attitude with a willingness to play big and bet on oneself to win the game.
- Ability to understand the needs of partners and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales or technology-related sales is preferred (implied by the role and industry).
