The Account Director is responsible for managing client renewals, stakeholder relationships, contract negotiations, and identifying expansion opportunities to drive revenue growth within a leading AI-native Customer Experience and Marketing platform.
Key Responsibilities
Manage renewals and stakeholder relationships
Drive contract renewals and create expansion opportunities
Negotiate contract terms and pricing
Coordinate with Customer Success Managers and serve as primary contact for executives
Identify stakeholder needs and match them with Insider product suites
Conduct business reviews and oversee renewal processes
Requirements
Experience in driving renewal processes and creating expansion and MRR Raise opportunities within customer accounts.
Ability to manage high-level stakeholders and serve as the primary contact for executives.
Experience in contract negotiations, including price negotiations and managing contract terms.
Proven track record in stakeholder discovery and needs matching with product suites.
Experience working in coordination with Customer Success Managers or similar roles.
Demonstrated ability to nurture sponsors and manage account bases effectively.
Experience in conducting Business Reviews with clients.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or related roles in a B2B SaaS or MarTech environment.
