Job Description
The Vice President of Renewables at Unison Infrastructure is responsible for engaging landowners involved in renewable energy projects, building trust, explaining programs, and guiding them through closing processes to maximize lease value, all within a remote, relationship-driven sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage landowners to explain programs and build trust
- Guide landowners through the closing process to maximize lease value
- Purchase leased properties or easements from landowners
Requirements
- The candidate must have excellent communication skills and be driven and sharp in connecting with people, solving problems, and making a meaningful impact in the clean energy sector.
- The candidate must have the ability to engage landowners who have leased their property to renewable energy developers, build trust, explain programs, and guide them through a transparent closing process to maximize the value of their existing lease.
- The candidate must be able to perform the role remotely within the U.S., indicating the need for self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- The candidate must have the ability to build and manage their own origination pipeline with autonomy, utilizing all necessary tools provided by the company.
- The candidate must be comfortable working in a relationship-driven sales environment, indicating experience or aptitude in sales and client relationship management.
