Job Description
The Sr. Real Estate Counsel will provide legal expertise related to real estate and renewable energy infrastructure projects, supporting the company's global telecom and renewables investments and property interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on real estate transactions related to telecom and renewable energy infrastructure.
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements and contracts.
- Manage and oversee real estate due diligence and compliance processes.
Requirements
- Experience in real estate law, specifically related to renewables infrastructure or telecom transmission assets
- Legal expertise in real property interests, including ownership, leasing, and transactional work related to real estate in multiple jurisdictions (United States, Italy, Spain, France, Germany, and Poland)
- Ability to provide legal counsel on renewable power generation projects and telecom infrastructure investments
- Experience in handling complex real estate transactions and negotiations in a corporate or legal counsel capacity
- Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory environment affecting renewable energy and telecom infrastructure projects
- Proven track record of working in a fast-growing environment and supporting a rapidly expanding portfolio of assets
