Job Description
The Sr. Real Estate Counsel will provide legal expertise related to real estate and renewables infrastructure, supporting the company's global telecom and renewable power projects and property interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on real estate transactions related to renewable power generation projects and telecom infrastructure.
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements and contracts.
- Manage and oversee real estate due diligence and compliance processes.
Requirements
- Experience in real estate law, specifically related to renewables infrastructure projects and telecom transmission assets.
- Ability to provide legal counsel on real property interests, including ownership, leasing, and other property-related transactions.
- Knowledge of legal requirements and regulations in multiple jurisdictions, including the United States, Italy, Spain, France, Germany, and Poland.
- Proven experience in handling complex legal issues related to renewable power generation projects and telecom infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of the legal aspects of infrastructure investment and asset management.
