Job Description
The Real Estate Paralegal supports real estate transactions by managing deal pipelines, preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting due diligence, and coordinating closings, primarily working remotely in a fast-growing infrastructure investment firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of real estate deals across the United States and update closing checklists and trackers
- Prepare documents and coordinate the execution of closing packages
- Conduct due diligence by reviewing leases, title commitments, site inspections, plats, and surveys
- Assist with retrieval of documentation required for real estate transactions
- Draft and review legal descriptions
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal, including experience at mid to large-sized law firms
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience with solar wind ground leases and/or wireless leases is a plus
- Fluent with Office, Sharepoint, Salesforce, GIS, and deed plotting software, and equipped to work remotely
- Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship

- Preparing documents and coordinating the execution of closing packages
- Conducting due diligence, including reviewing leases, title commitments, site inspections, plats, and surveys
- Assisting with retrieval of required documentation for real estate transactions
- Drafting and reviewing legal descriptions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Possessing a high level of ethical, intellectual, professional, and personal values that complement the team and company culture
- Having an entrepreneurial and collaborative team spirit
- Demonstrating a love of adventure and passion for learning
- Outstanding oral, written, and analytical skills
