The Real Estate Counsel will provide legal expertise related to real estate investments and infrastructure projects, supporting the company's acquisitions and operations in renewable energy and digital infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel on real estate transactions related to renewable energy and digital infrastructure assets
Negotiate and draft agreements for the acquisition, sale, and leasing of real estate properties
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in real estate transactions
Requirements
Possess a law degree and be qualified to practice law in relevant jurisdictions
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience practicing real estate law, preferably with a focus on renewable energy, digital infrastructure, or related sectors
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of real estate transactions, including acquisition, leasing, and development of real estate assets
Have experience advising on legal matters related to wind and solar energy projects, communication towers, wireless sites, and enterprise data centers
Be able to review, draft, and negotiate legal documents related to real estate investments and infrastructure projects
Possess strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations in the United States and Europe concerning real estate and infrastructure projects
Have the ability to manage multiple complex legal matters simultaneously and meet deadlines
Be capable of providing clear legal advice to internal teams and external partners involved in real estate and infrastructure transactions
