Job Description
The role involves leading the origination and acquisition of renewable energy investments in Germany by building and managing a sales team, developing partnerships, and sourcing large-scale opportunities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure investment opportunities in renewable energy projects
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of originators to close renewable acquisitions
- Identify, build, and manage a network of broker originators for ground lease and renewables transactions
- Build relationships with customers and institutional partners to identify large-scale investment opportunities
- Increase the value and revenue of the company's asset portfolio through strategic relationships and transactions
Requirements
- A background in renewable energy and real estate.
- Real estate negotiation and closing experience.
- Business-to-Consumer direct sales experience, including outbound dialing.
- Experience leading sales teams (preferred).
- Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
- English and Spanish proficiency (required).
