Job Description
The role involves leading the origination of renewable energy investments by sourcing opportunities, building and managing a network of brokers, and developing relationships with clients and partners to maximize asset portfolio value in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure investment opportunities in renewables.
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of originators to close renewables acquisitions.
- Identify, build, and manage a network of broker originators for ground lease and renewables transactions.
- Build relationships with customers and institutional partners to identify large-scale investment opportunities.
- Increase the value and revenue of the company's asset portfolio through business development.
Requirements
- A background in renewable energy and real estate.
- Real estate negotiation and closing experience.
- Business-to-Consumer direct sales experience, including outbound dialing.
- Experience sourcing and securing investment opportunities in Renewables.
- Experience recruiting, training, and leading a team of originators that source and close on Renewables acquisitions.
- Ability to identify, build, and manage a network of broker originators to source and close ground lease and renewables transactions.
- Experience building relationships with customers and institutional partners to identify large-scale investment opportunities and increase the value and revenue from the Company’s asset portfolio.
- Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
- English and Spanish proficiency.
