Job Description
This internship role involves supporting the Business Development team through account research, prospecting, cold calling, and setting up sales meetings, providing a pathway into full-time sales roles within a leading Process Intelligence technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and collaborate with the Business Development team and sales team.
- Conduct account research and strategic prospecting, focusing on cold calling.
- Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target companies.
- Prospect into prioritized accounts via cold calls, emails, and social strategies.
- Initiate sales opportunities by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Manage sourced opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Present progress and sales results to sales leaders to drive growth.
Requirements
- Student of Business Administration or a comparable program
- Ability to work in a structured manner and be a fast learner
- Ability to listen very well and be an excellent communicator
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills within a fast-paced sales environment
- Curiosity and a long-term interest in building a career in Sales
- Native or equivalent proficiency in Italian
- Business proficiency in English
- At least 6 months of full-time availability from July, September, or October 2026
