Job Description
The Site Development Officer/Site Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the development and acquisition of telecom and renewable energy sites, including negotiations, site inspections, and coordination with internal teams, primarily in Central and Southern Italy, in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Selbstständige Entwicklung and Akquisition von Immobilienstandorten im Gebiet
- Direkter Kontakt und Verhandlung mit Immobilieneigentümern und lokalen Behörden
- Organisation und Durchführung von Standortbesichtigungen und Treffen vor Ort
- Koordination mit internen Teams wie Engineering, Legal und Commercial
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Daten in CRM-Systemen und internen Tools
Requirements
- Erfahrung in Rollen der Site Acquisition, Site Development, Telekommunikation, Real Estate oder in ähnlichen Bereichen.
- Forte Autonomie operativa e capacità di gestire attività sul territorio.
- Ottime doti comunicative e di negoziazione.
- Disponibilità a viaggiare regolarmente nel Centro e Sud Italia.
- Patente di guida di categoria B e disponibilità all'uso dell'auto.
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office e strumenti digitali.
- Italiano fluente e inglese a livello comunicativo.
