A remote role responsible for managing a pipeline of real estate investment leads by setting appointments between property owners and account managers, contributing to sales growth and pipeline stability through outreach, data management, and strategic input.
Key Responsibilities
Manage personal pipeline of leads to set calls between property owners and Account Managers
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for call setting and closings
Monitor sales pipeline activity to ensure its health and stability
Contribute to origination processes through data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives
Support strategic initiatives and product development to maintain market competitiveness
Requirements
Prior experience in a call-center sales environment
Natural ability to build rapport
Familiarity with finance concepts such as IRR and NPV
Some college or equivalent experience
Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship
