Job Description
A remote role involving managing a pipeline of real estate investment leads by setting appointments, achieving sales targets, and contributing to process improvements within a dynamic sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage personal pipeline of leads to set calls between property owners and Account Managers
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for call setting and closings
- Monitor sales pipeline activity to ensure its health and stability
- Contribute to origination processes through data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives
- Support strategic initiatives and product development to maintain market competitiveness
Requirements
- Prior experience in a call-center sales environment
- Natural ability to build rapport
- Familiarity with finance concepts such as IRR and NPV
- Some college or equivalent experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship
