Job Description
A Data Research Consultant based in Athens, Greece, responsible for supporting landowner identification by conducting digital and field research, analyzing real estate and cadastral data, and engaging with stakeholders to develop a research framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on land ownership processes and local regulations
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize real estate, cadastral, and sector-specific data
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and organize critical contacts and information
- Assist in scaling and structuring data to support strategic decisions
- Conduct digital research and field-based investigations, including engagement with stakeholders
Requirements
- The candidate must be based in Athens, Greece.
- The candidate must have experience in gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing real estate, cadastral, and sector-specific data.
- The candidate must have the ability to provide guidance on navigating land ownership processes and relevant local regulations.
- The candidate must have strong analytical and organizational skills.
- The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
- The candidate must have the ability to conduct face-to-face engagements with professionals in the field.
- The candidate must have experience with property, legal, or government data research (preferred).
- The candidate must have familiarity with GIS tools or systems (preferred).
- The candidate must be detail-oriented and proactive with a passion for data and problem-solving.
- The candidate must be able to collaborate with internal teams to identify and organize critical contacts and information.
- The candidate must be able to assist in scaling and structuring data to inform strategic decisions.
- The candidate must support broader research objectives with flexibility and initiative.
- This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on project needs and performance.
