Sr. Water Quality Client Solutions Manager at res

Sell advisory, construction, and design-build water quality projects to clients in the Southeast region.
Develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve annual sales targets and drive business growth.
Lead multi-disciplinary teams through the sales process to market solutions and secure projects.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand water quality issues and develop project proposals.
Market watershed-scale water quality and resilience projects nationally in partnership with the Water Solutions Team.
Represent RES at conferences, trade groups, and external events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Monitor customer behavior and feedback to refine service offerings and strategic approach.

Possess a BA or BS degree in Biology, Environmental Science, Geology, Hydrology, Engineering, Agricultural Science, or a similar Science field.
Have three or more years of Regulatory or Environmental consulting experience as a seller-doer responsible for leading the pursuit and delivery of projects.
Demonstrated existing relationships with public agencies and regulators, private developers, consulting and engineering firms, non-profits, and academia within the Southeast region.
Demonstrated ability to sell to multiple stakeholders and create a consensus that enables a commercial booking.
Experience in the review and preparation of regulatory documents and deliverables, and responding to agency comments.
Advanced understanding of and experience with relevant environmental regulations and permits approvals such as CWA 404, 402, 401, NWP IP, NPDES, ESA.
Sound understanding of restoration design principles, approaches, and supporting technical information, including engineering design plans, functional calculations, and ecological data.
Ability to independently access state and federal databases to extract specific information and interpret and communicate the results of data collected.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, business depending.
