Job Description

The Client Solutions Manager at RES is responsible for marketing and securing ecological restoration, water quality, and resilience projects in the Southeast region, building relationships with clients and partners, managing project pursuits, and representing RES at industry events to promote environmental solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Market integrated delivery projects to prospects and clients in mitigation, water quality, and resilience.
Identify and pursue business opportunities through relationship-building and strategic planning.
Manage external relationships, including clients, agencies, and industry partners.
Lead proposal development, deal structuring, and manage project pursuit strategies.
Track permitting timelines, assess project risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Represent RES at conferences, industry forums, and key client meetings.
Collaborate with internal teams to bring projects from concept to execution.
Travel regionally to visit project sites, meet with regulators and clients, and attend industry events.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) in Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in a related industry, dealing with complex solutions with a multi-year sales cycle and multiple stakeholders
Experience assessing and managing project timelines, identifying risks, and aligning teams to meet deliverables
Experience interpreting financial models and communicating the financial health of deals
Experience with contracts and key provisions, with legal awareness in deal structuring
