Job Description

The Caller Scheduler at Unison is responsible for managing a pipeline of real estate investment leads, setting appointments between property owners and account managers, and contributing to sales pipeline growth through outreach and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage personal pipeline of origination leads to set calls between site owners and Account Managers
  • Achieve personal targets related to call scheduling and closings
  • Monitor origination activity to ensure sales pipeline health and stability
  • Contribute input to origination processes, including data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives
  • Support strategic initiatives and product development to maintain market competitiveness

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a call-center sales environment
  • Natural ability to build rapport
  • Familiarity with finance concepts such as IRR and NPV required
  • Some college or equivalent experience required
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
  • Outstanding negotiation and influence skills
  • High level of ethical, intellectual, professional, and personal values that complement the team and company culture
