Job Description
A Data Research Consultant responsible for providing insights and guidance on real estate, cadastral, and industry-specific data in Portugal, with a focus on sourcing, analyzing, and scaling data to support strategic decision-making within a contract role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on navigating ownership processes and related regulations
- Deliver insights and intelligence on real estate, cadastral, and industry-specific data
- Collaborate with the team to source and compile essential information and contacts
- Scale data effectively to support decision-making and strategic planning
Requirements
- Expertise in data for Portugal.
- Familiarity with how the real estate and cadastral data processes work.
- Experience with the telecoms industry or working with municipalities to obtain critical information.
- Ability to provide guidance on navigating ownership processes and related regulations.
- Experience in delivering insights and intelligence on real estate, cadastral, and industry-specific data.
- Experience in sourcing and compiling essential information and contacts in collaboration with a team.
- Ability to scale data effectively to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Knowledge of GIS (Geographic Information Systems) is a strong advantage.
