Job Description
This role involves serving as a strategic financial partner within the Global Partner Sales organization, focusing on optimizing partner investments, driving strategic planning, providing executive insights, and influencing business strategies to support global market expansion in a fast-paced, innovative tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage the partner investment framework and rebate spend to maximize ROI
- Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles, developing forecasts and spend models
- Create financial packages and data visualizations to communicate partner performance and profitability
- Enforce governance over rebate eligibility and payments, and implement system enhancements
- Analyze compensation plans and incentive structures to advise on growth strategies
Requirements
- Experience serving as a strategic financial architect for a global partner sales organization, with the ability to translate complex partner data into actionable investment strategies and high-impact business cases.
- Proven track record of designing and managing partner investment frameworks and contra-rebate spend to ensure maximum ROI and alignment with long-term GTM financial goals.
- Experience leading annual and quarterly planning cycles for a partner organization, including developing sophisticated rolling forecasts and spend models that enable quick pivots based on market indicators.
- Ability to architect and automate dynamic financial packages and data visualizations that provide leadership with clear insights on partner performance, profitability trends, and program effectiveness.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Finance, and Accounting to enforce governance over rebate eligibility and payment validation, and to identify system enhancements for scaling financial processes.
- Deep-dive analytical skills with mastery of financial modeling and the ability to synthesize large datasets from tools like Snowflake, SQL, or Tableau into compelling narratives for executive decision-making.
- Proficiency in designing investment frameworks or sales-incentive models within a fast-paced corporate environment, demonstrating strategic FP&A expertise.
- High proficiency in leveraging enterprise-level financial tools such as Anaplan, NetSuite, or similar systems, and advanced spreadsheet functions to build scalable, automated reporting solutions.
- Strong collaborative leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously and build trust-based relationships with cross-functional global stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to work primarily from the Prague office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
