Job Description
The Caller Scheduler at Unison is responsible for managing a pipeline of real estate investment leads by setting appointments between property owners and account managers, helping to develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support the company's growth in real estate and infrastructure investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage personal pipeline of origination leads to set calls between site owners and Account Managers
- Achieve personal targets related to call scheduling and closings
- Monitor origination activity to ensure sales pipeline health and stability
- Contribute to origination process improvements through data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives
- Support strategic initiatives and product development to maintain market competitiveness
Requirements
- Prior experience in a call-center sales environment
- Natural ability to build rapport
- Familiarity with finance concepts such as IRR and NPV required
- Some college or equivalent experience required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
- Outstanding negotiation and influence skills
