The role involves leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of a scalable and compliant Workday security and administration system, collaborating with various teams to ensure governance, data integrity, and system optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain a scalable, compliant Workday security model
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure governance and change control
- Manage Workday administration and security configurations
- Develop and optimize integrations and data governance processes within Workday
- Translate complex business and technical needs into practical Workday solutions
- Influence system strategy to improve Workday functionality and compliance across the organization
Requirements
- Deep hands-on expertise in Workday administration and security.
- Solid understanding of integrations and data governance related to Workday.
- Ability to translate complex business and technical needs into practical solutions.
- Experience leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of a scalable, compliant Workday security model.
- Experience collaborating closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure strong governance practices and effective change control.
