Job Description
A Senior Executive Assistant responsible for providing comprehensive support to the VP of Communications at Toyota Research Institute, managing complex schedules, global travel, and communications while ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex schedules and coordinate global travel for the VP, Communications
- Handle diverse communications priorities and correspondence
- Partner with the Executive Assistant team to ensure seamless operations for TRI Leadership
Requirements
- Provide comprehensive support to the VP, Communications, including managing complex schedules and global travel arrangements.
- Demonstrate exceptional judgment and maintain the highest level of discretion while handling sensitive information.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and proactively manage diverse communications priorities.
- Partner closely with the Executive Assistant team to ensure seamless operations for TRI Leadership.
