Key Responsibilities
Conduct research on human interactive driving and machine learning optimization techniques.

Requirements
Pursuing or having completed a degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
Experience or strong knowledge in applying mathematical optimization techniques, including mixed-integer optimization, diffusion models, and continuous optimization.
Ability to pursue new avenues of research consistent with the team’s mission and work towards a publication with professional researchers.
Relevant publications in the fields of optimization, diffusion models, or related areas, with a link to Google Scholar included when submitting the CV.
Good collaboration skills to work effectively within a research team.
Availability to work in the Cambridge office for the duration of the internship.
Legal eligibility to work in the United States, specifically Massachusetts, as the pay range and employment conditions are based there.
Willingness to participate in a 12-week paid internship during Summer 2026, with the role being hybrid in-office and remote.
