Job Description
A Senior Project Manager in Civil Engineering specializing in airfield airport, transportation, municipal, or site development projects, responsible for client management, project execution, and business development within a collaborative, employee-owned firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage airfield, transportation, municipal, and site development projects
- Develop and maintain client relationships and agency partnerships
- Track prospective business opportunities and contribute to marketing plans
- Develop project proposals and deliver client presentations
- Collaborate with division leaders and project managers to advance services
Requirements
- Possess a Professional Engineer license or equivalent certification in the relevant field.
- Have expertise in airfield airport, transportation, municipal, and/or site development projects.
- Demonstrate experience in client management and maintaining relations with clients and agency representatives.
- Be capable of developing proposals, tracking prospective opportunities, and delivering client presentations.
- Be passionate about tackling diverse projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Successfully complete a standard pre-employment background screening, including Social Security verification, educational verification, review of criminal convictions, and driving history.
