Job Description

The 2026 Summer Intern - Architecture position offers undergraduate and graduate architecture students hands-on experience in preparing construction documents, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and applying design software, while gaining insight into the project lifecycle from schematic design to construction across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing construction documents and specifications for various projects
  • Utilize AutoCAD and Revit skills to support project development
  • Collaborate with Architects, Interior Designers, Landscape Architects, and engineering professionals
  • Contribute throughout the project lifecycle from schematic design to construction

Requirements

  • Be an undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Architecture (BSArch) or a graduate student pursuing a Master of Architecture (MArch) degree.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week with occasional overtime throughout the summer of 2026 from mid-May through mid-August.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software skills.
  • Ability to assist in preparing construction documents and specifications for projects within the educational, governmental, corporate, and industrial sectors.
  • Willingness to collaborate with Architects, Interior Designers, Landscape Architects, and Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and Structural engineering professionals to support multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Possession of classroom knowledge applicable to real-world architectural projects and the ability to contribute to project lifecycle activities from schematic design to construction.
  • Willingness to work primarily from the company's office with the flexibility for hybrid work arrangements as needed.
  • Ability to complete a standard pre-employment background screening, including Social Security verification, educational verification, review of criminal convictions, and driving history.
