Job Description
The Senior Professional Water Wastewater Engineer will lead the design and management of complex water treatment and distribution projects, from concept to construction, while driving business development and representing the company's expertise in Milwaukee and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of municipal treatment facilities and private water systems.
- Manage project strategy from concept to construction.
- Drive business development in the water and wastewater sector.
- Represent the company and build its reputation in Milwaukee.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering or a strong civil engineering background with a passion for creating clean water solutions.
- Have the ability to lead complex public and private water projects from concept to construction.
- Design municipal treatment facilities and private development water systems in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
- Shape project strategy from concept to construction and drive business development in a growing market.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Have the ability to travel frequently throughout the country for project assignments.
- Complete and pass any background, security, motor vehicle record (MVR), or drug test requests required by TKDA, clients, and applicable state and/or federal agencies, based on project assignments.
- Complete a standard pre-employment background screening, including Social Security verification, educational verification, review of criminal convictions, and driving history, upon acceptance of a conditional offer of employment.
