Job Description
The Senior Professional Water Wastewater Engineer will lead the design and management of complex public and private water projects, from treatment facilities to pump stations, while driving business development and representing the company's expertise in Milwaukee and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of municipal treatment facilities and private water systems.
- Manage project strategy from concept to construction.
- Drive business development in the water and wastewater sector.
- Represent the company and build its reputation in Milwaukee.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver engineering solutions.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience leading complex public and private water projects, including designing municipal treatment facilities, pump stations, and private development systems.
- Have a strong civil engineering background with a focus on water and wastewater solutions.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Be able to travel frequently throughout the country for project assignments.
- Complete and pass a standard pre-employment background screening, including Social Security verification, educational verification, review of criminal convictions, and driving history, upon acceptance of a conditional offer.
- Possess the ability to shape project strategy from concept to construction and drive business development in a growing market.
