Job Description

The Proposal Specialist is responsible for leading the development and coordination of compelling proposals across various markets, working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure client needs are met, and crafting persuasive narratives to support the company's growth and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of compelling proposals
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proposal alignment with client needs
  • Manage the proposal process from inception to submission
  • Develop and maintain relationships with operational and leadership partners
  • Craft persuasive narratives highlighting innovative solutions and technical excellence

Requirements

  • Experience leading the development of compelling proposals and managing the proposal process from inception to submission.
  • Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain key relationships with partners in operations and leadership to enhance collaboration.
  • Expertise in crafting persuasive narratives that highlight innovative solutions and technical excellence.
  • Strong communication skills to develop high-quality, client-focused proposals.
  • Experience working in a hybrid work environment with in-office presence on Monday and Friday and WFH Tuesday through Thursday.
  • Educational background or experience sufficient to develop proposals in core markets including transportation, industrial and manufacturing, buildings and sites, and water.
  • Pre-employment background screening including Social Security verification, educational verification, review of criminal convictions, and driving history.
