Job Description
The Project Manager in the Architecture Division oversees all phases of architectural projects, including proposal development, scope management, design coordination, and construction administration, ensuring successful completion within budget and client expectations in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee projects from initial proposal through final closeout
- Manage fee estimation, scope development, and consultant coordination
- Prepare and route comprehensive proposals
- Establish project frameworks and manage design processes
- Issue all required project deliverables
- Oversee construction administration to ensure project completion within client expectations and budget
Requirements

- Oversee construction administration to ensure successful project completion that meets both client expectations and budget parameters.
- Have the ability to work in a hybrid work environment, with in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday and work-from-home on Monday and Friday.
